Maxival

Austenitic stainless steel is one of the most outstanding alloys of our time, with a worldwide distribution restricted by one problem - high costs due to difficulties in machining.

To offer an acceptable solution, the metallurgist has studied the problem and the producer has marketed Type 303, a Type 304 (18/8 stainless alloy) with a content of sulphur ten times greater.

Aquashaft

Aquashaft identifies a series of austenitic stainless steels, precipitation-hardening grades and duplex steels intended for the manufacture of propeller shafts in the navel industry. Utilising these types of steel, the designer can reduce the shaft dimensions and therefore use smaller supports and seals. The simultaneous reduction of weight and hydrodynamic resistance, permits better performances and greater efficiency.

Forged Products

Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal, by forging, you can produce a product that is stronger than a cast or machined part & as metal is shaped during the forging process its internal grain deforms to follow the general shape of the part. As a result, the grain is continuous throughout the part, giving rise to a piece with improved strength characteristics.
